We believe that to be beautiful is to be yourself. The name beEMe comes from the Vietnamese word, “EM,” which means younger girl. It can also be a term of endearment meaning honey or darling. In today’s world, people are always forced to look a certain way, ever since childhood, leading to insecurities and self-esteem issues. We want to empower you and let you know that being yourself is enough.
Our goal at beEMe is to create a Houston medical spa that caters to the city’s local beauty community. We want to create a safe space where our clients can experience up-to-date and effective procedures that can enhance their natural features. beEMe Med Spa was founded by our CEO, Ashley Pham. During her undergraduate days, she attended the University of Saint Thomas in Houston, taking up a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After, she furthered her education at the University of Texas to become a Nurse Practitioner. Since then, Ashley has received extensive international training and education, specializing in advanced facial balancing and regenerative therapies. She holds her title at our Houston medical spa as our Head Queen Injector. Ashley is highly experienced and certified, with expertise not only in popular lip filler methods such as the Russian Lip Technique, but also in comprehensive facial aesthetics and rejuvenation techniques, having trained professionally in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Won Yi, MD, is the Medical Director and Board-Certified in-house Anesthesiologist of beEMe Med Spa.
Dr. Yi attended the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine for his education, completed his internship at the University of Florida College of Medicine at Jacksonville, then completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center – Moses Division.

Jalynn’s journey led her away from conventional nursing towards an ardent passion for aesthetics. A graduate of Texas Tech Health Sciences Center, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and envisions pursuing advanced degrees to further her expertise.
Jalynn’s commitment to staying current with aesthetic nursing practices is unwavering. Through advanced training and hands-on anatomical courses, she prioritizes patient safety above all.
Hailing from Houston, Jalynn has fostered strong connections within the community. Over three years, she’s formed meaningful patient relationships through expert injections, eagerly anticipating more in the future. Outside her profession, Jalynn, at 24, enjoys literature, exploration, and walks with her dogs. Formerly on the outskirts of Houston, she now thrives in the city.
With a deep-rooted Mexican heritage, Jalynn values family and draws strength from their support. She looks forward to welcoming you with her expertise and warmth.
